Scope:
Perform Fire Sprinkler System 5-Year inspection based on the latest NFPA 25 requirements.Notes:
- For all repairs required after the inspection, a separate cost estimate will be provided.
- Yearly Back Flow test (B.F. loacted on Detector Check Valve that is part of the City Connection) is not part of the 5-Year Test.
- “5-Year Certificate” required by the California State Fire Marshall will be issued to the appropriate authorities AFTER all repairs have been performed by Regency.
